Return and Refund Policy
REFUND / RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is always the top priority at Besunn online store. Our dedicated quality assurance teams check your items before shipment.. If you are not satisfied with the items received, we can easily arrange a refund for you. You may exercise your right to return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days (opened new and unused) with receipt or proof of purchase from the date on which you received them from www.besunn.com and which you will pay for the item to be delivered to us . No order cancellation after order was shipped. Customer can request full refund or resend new item if order not arrived after 45 business days to USA and after 50 business days to Canada / New Zealand / Euro Union Countries which will sigh of order lost.
In case the customer made wrong order for his fault , he/she completely responsible to return item (for exchange or refund ) back to provided return address ( per request firstname.lastname@example.org ) for there own expenses .Customer pay return shipping fee in both way ( return and send new item ) . Return tracking number required as return confirmation . As soon as return received , we will notify customer and process exchange or refund .
NOTE: if order was confirmed as delivered, we take no action about compliance about lost or stolen item from customer mail box.
Process of Return/Refund
Refund will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the product back in the account provided. Refund will be made once your return is received and inspected: we will send an email to the email address provided at check out to notify you. We can only offer a refund if you contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.
Make sure that your items are returned unused in their original packaging with the attached proof of purchase. We do not accept returns that are not in accordance with our policies and will be returned to you.
To protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, Besunn online store online store can reimburse you in the following cases:
- The wrong item was obtained in terms of color, size or model (picture proof required) ,
- Defective or damaged ( picture proof required )
In this case, please contact us within 5 days to get our return address and pre paid shipping label . Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
